My vote goes to the original, the Russian guy. It's hard to top a miniature giraffe. The giant Panda is cool but otherwise it seems like they're ripping off Hangover 2. And Tommy the Truth seems too much like the Old Spice guy.

^^ yea i got that part, but i don't understand why

i feel like there's some background to that character that i'm not aware of. the football theme, the food delivered via helicopter, trading stocks etc

but the whole thing could just be directv's way to get people to remember the commercial. i'd say it worked
