The terribleness of my threads may have something to do with this phenomenon.

almost got the habit kicked completely

I think it mainly stems from the fact that there used to be interesting and funny people I'd like to see responses from, whereas now most of the users are inane, outright dumb, and/or a little league troll trying his bestest to be recognized
