EVGA E758-A1 3-Way SLI (x16/x16/x8) LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188039

Got stuck in a reboot loop (http://goo.gl/p5gHu), I tested with different psu, ram, cpu, etc, but the problem persisted. I ended up getting a new mobo, which the ram and psu from the evga mobo work fine on.. I was going to rma it but a friend wanted it, but then he didn't touch it for 3 months so he gave it back.

these threads seem to show possible solutions to the problem:

to be fixed or used for parts, best offer
