It is down...they are temporarily experiencing technical issues...they hope to be back to normal shortly...

but until then I will just post random things on their facebook wall...because then they will take me seriously

Yeh it's weird. I just ended up calling customer service. I found a cached version of the website on google to locate their customer service number, and then clicked on watch instantly from there and it worked. Yet, when I try to go from the netflix homepage it doesn't work.

Go here if you're logged in already.

then click watch instantly. Seems to work this way, but not if you navigate to the main webpage http://movies.netflix.com/WiHome.
