I think you should get a free one if its going to be used for site3.

In all seriousness you can get a refurbished XOOM from Verizon for $300, the 4g upgrade is coming out in a few weeks. The data plan is like $30 a month but it also serves as a 4g mobile hot spot. (so if you get a call from the attorney generals office or WRAL when out you can login and quickly delete the offending threads from anywhere)
