I lol'd.

But seriously, I can't find anything in the apps folder, or in spotlight search. It's just a little button up on the top of the status/menu bar. It's apparently about wireless networking access, but I haven't used any sort of public wifi in ages.

It showed up when I logged into the wifi of my old university lately. Since I'm there once in a blue moon, I was trying to figure out how to make it go away.

No luck with google unfortunately. Apparently it doesn't get talked about a lot.

Do an old school search and select the option "System Files are Included", or something like that.
