Looking for someone to take over lease for two bedrooms starting January 1, 2012. The rent includes water, sewer, trash, internet, cable, washer and dryer. The only extra bill is the electricity. Apartment would have to be taken as is but I can have it professionally cleaned before you move in. Apartment complex is right across the street from the McKimmon Center. Area is nice and I have had no problems since being here. The lease is until July 15, 2012 with the ability to resign for another year if you choose.
