When this opens, I'm petitioning that we change the national animal to the Chupacabra. We get 150 sigs, it becomes searchable on whitehouse.gov, we get 5000 sigs, they guarantee a look at it and promise a response to the petition.

If they get any question on the test wrong, any question at all, it means they don't fully understand the law they are signing. This could (and does) have serious implications on the country .
