Okay, so with the mistake of myself and my roommate my bike got left outside after the hurricane for a week, and you gotta love the salt air, after just a week outside my bike is so rusted that I can't ride it.How would y'all suggest the removal of rust from this bike? Wire brush? Steel Wool?Serious answers only please...I have a match tonight.

Go to Walmart and buy a kiddie pool and a lot of WD40. Fill pool with WD40 and submerge bike. Let it soak for 35-45 mins. Pull it out. Climb into pool and soak for 25 mins. You will now be able to ride the bike.

^See I thought I would try that, but I wasn't sure if it would work...but now that someone else had the same idea as me I think it's the best plan....

sand blaster

^^That might work, either way a chemical soak might get pretty expensive.A sandblaster might be your best bet.

Is this a good bike or a Wal-Mart bike?

Straight up wal mart bike....just something that I can ride around on the island....but no worries...I fixed that shit...all it needed was some lube to get the wheels going again...luckly they weren't too bad...I just took a wirebrush to get the majority of the rust off and lubed it up and it's good to go...now I can bike it to the bars.
