It's 12" long.

It starts out like a classic steak sub.

We cook the steak at the time you order and cook it in a pan in the oven with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms (add or subtract whatever you like) until the steak is cooked to perfection and until the veggies are sauteed.

We chop everything up in the pan and add hot nacho cheese and seasoning salt onto the meat and mix it up.

We then put it on the bun and lightly toast the bun.

When it comes out of the oven the second time, we sprinkle a full layer of Parmesan cheese over the surface of the cheesy meat.

Then to top it off, we crush up the sweet chili doritos (the ones in the purple bag -those of you who know what these are, you know those are the best doritos ever) into medium sized pieces and pack them between the meat and roll.

Viola!

You have a cheesy melty crunchy doritoey steak parm and nacho cheese sub!

^So like 45 guys in their late twenties to mid thirties.

Actually maybe it should be "All Hail the Dude" or "The Dude Abides".

Just sayin', I'd buy that sub if you called it that.

You should call it The Constipator since that sounds like what'll do to your guts when you're done eating it.
