Four hours is the threshold

If I'm going to get less sleep than than, I may as well just stay up

I need an absolute minimum of five hours sleep, otherwise I'd rather stay up.

I've never been unhealthy enough to have this problem. The last time I operated on drastically reduced sleep was the Thursday night game vs Clemson in 2002 or so. Got back to RDU at about 4am and slept for 1 hr before getting up to get in line for SWPC tickets for the next weeks game.

you should check with your doctor or pharmacist. don't try to treat something like this yourself.
