I highly recommend her work outs to women. I keep telling all my friend's because they're interested in knowing how I lost so much weight. I'm in great shape now but I know if I continue doing her work outs, it'll just keep getting better. I run faster and longer with ease. Plus I feel like she's someone I can keep up with and challenge myself against.

i think she has normal female self esteem - i think overall she feels good about herself but if you watch some of her videos where she's chatting, she talks about how she has good days and bad days. i guess at one point she had put in a small amount of weight and people start noticing and were writing not-so-nice things about her on the website. she made a video blog about it and how she's just trying to do everything she can but she knows she could be more strict about her diet.

her father did leave when she was young - she has also talked about how her mom was a single parent raising her and her brother. she did a video tour of her childhood home in Prague a while back that i watched.
