Not sure what the deal is with this, but apparently it cost 60 bucks to register and if you don't raise 100 dollars you don't get to run. She usually raises a ton of money but no one is donating this time. I threw in 20, every little bit helps!! Thanks, TWW!

Actually that wouldn't be a ponzi scheme.

It would probably be embezzling.

You see, a ponzi scheme involves investments. And a promise of a return on that investment. In this situation there is not any real investing going on, and no promise of a return. Further, when you go to collect your money she wouldn't be paying you back with subsequent monies brought in from future investors.
