anyone know of any places that still exist that I can go and ride a bull??
There used to be one in Seven Springs close to where I grew up but they stopped doing amateur riding awhile back.

Western Piedmont, take your pick. You can't drive around Iredell Co. without seeing at least a handful of rodeo signs.
Although if you're just trying to be a dumbass there are a few farms/ranches around that would let you get your ass handed to you for free
