wasn't sure what section this belonged in but i have 2 small o2 cylinders(164L) that i want to get refilled. i've been told a rx is required which sounds weird bc it's just oxygen.does anyone know how i could go about getting them refilled?

Any welding store(national welders, airgas, etc.) could refill them for you probably unless there is somethign different between medical o2 bottles(sounds like you have?) and welding o2 bottles.

Welding bottles require a hydro pressure test every X number of years. Maybe that is what youre hearing about?
