So a friend wants to propose at Carter Finley via the scoreboard during a game. Who would they go about contacting?

Make sure it's a game that NCSU will win. Otherwise the marriage will end in divorce.

I'm a huge college football / NC State fan. It's all I do on Saturdays in the Fall

Knowing this, my (now) wife told me after we'd been dating for about 4 years that If I ever proposed to her at an NC State football game, she would say no.

That's why I did it at an NC State basketball game.

(Just kidding)

I always boo loudly when people do this...it is beyond lame.

Its cool as hell if you are a participant in the event...when youre just some drunk in the stands, not so much.

It actually is a female on female proposal. I am not sure what the connection is. She is really more of an aquaintance, shes a goos friend of my wifes aunt.

Well this changes everything...although I cant help but wonder if they just want to make 50,000 people uncomfortable...or make a big stink when their request is denied.
