750 sqft, never running heat, ac around 77 during summer nights. Conservative power use.

What should I be expecting to pay per month?

You ask a lot of questions.

I think the most I ever paid w like 60 for an apt a little bigger than that. I kept it cold. Winter, I had the heat set to 55 and paid in the 20s

I just moved out of a 1 br that was 620 sqft. It did not have central heat/air (wall unit) so I only turned it on for about 3-4 hours a day. I did not do laundry there, and watched a lot of TV, played xbox, etc. My power bill was never above $40.

40-70 depending on insulation, windows, how much your neighbors heat/cool, etc. I have a 1K sft apartment with poor insulation and bad windows and a newer heat pump and mine ranges from 50-120 with the worst during the winter but mine hasnt been above 70 all summer since I got the new heat pump/AC. Before the new AC/Heat Pump i was anywhere from $75 -175(dead of winter) There are a lot of variables that will affect your bill, but i would budget for an average of 75-100 just in case your studio has poor heat/ac/insulation.
