Also includes side rails and mattress support. Also, it comes with an expensive, but unfortunately mildly smokey serta memory foam mattress (over 2k new) if you want it [mattress wasnt mine, but was in my mom's house]. Mattress would be fine with an encasement. No pictures of the mattress, but it was less than 4 years old.

We have matching bedside tables that go with this as well if you add in another $75.
