my parents basically moved over messy neighbors that got threatening and ridiculous when asked to clean their shit (literally) up. I'm pretty sure their lines are still leaking to this day though.

OTOH, this guys house burned down... surely the court is ignoring how this guy probably had some more pressing shit to deal with for a few of those 6 months.
