when youre a contractor updating your resume, how do you guys denote position?

i have always written [the place where the work was performed/the people who sign the checks]

do you just list your checkpayer?

also, how many 8======D's should i be putting under "education"?

Don't inflate your experience. Six "="s should be sufficient.

For position, listed my job title (Assitant Engineer)

For the company I did:

[Company where work was performed], City, State (via [Parent/check signing company], City, State)

As for 8======Ds, I used 12.

one for every semester you were in school

also I'd put the company where I did the work...not the company that placed you...you didn't do their job

i have noticed you're lacking in balls but like to shaft people...

This is not the kind of people we are looking for in our organization.

I think it's important to list both.

The company where you worked, for obvious reasons
The company of employment as to not misrepresent your employer history

Title. Systems engineer Sr.

Though I dont know how much variation there is between companies. Much of that would be cleared up when describing your respobsibilitues though.

so sumfoo1, youre saying i need to beef up the font of the balls and then shrink the shaft equals signs as not to intimidate?

also, thanks for actually giving real responses...i guess the trick to garnering good advice is to include dick drawings in posts
