I had a helium tank where I worked and was having fun talking in the squeaky voice....did it for about 2-3 minutes until I got dizzy and had to sit down......this explains a lot actually....wondering how many brain cells perished that day....

^^ Yes...inhaling a compressed gas can rupture your lungs if not done extremely carefully....and you have to be careful not to asphyxiate yourself.... gotta take a break....
