Really, this same suit could be wagered against any service that asks for your age and then publishes it in a profile without your permission.

I know it's a little different here because a "profile" is probably a profile for an actor (meaning, it's not content specific to what that user created), and the age was given for "user" registration. But it's still the same.

You're legally required to give your real age to sign up anywhere. Ostensibly, to verify that you're over 13.

Some comment on dlisted.com thought it could be Nicole Bilderback. Born in Seoul, South Korea and adopted by American parents and given an Americanized name and raised in Dallas, TX.

The only thing I recognize her from is being Whitney in the original Bring It On.
