A recent buzz has developed around whether or not something has happened to the original HOOPS. Some wonder if he died and was replaced by his son ala Green Goblin. Others think he retired and gave me the account. Some still think it's more of a Green Lantern thing and there are many different members of the HOOPS MALONE corps.

Regardless, there has been much less jamming on the hot and general tomfoolery since this new HOOPS took over from the original, who could be on vacation, dead, or retired.
