I like the idea of a registry for clues to suspects in the area of a crime fr use by law enforcement only.


however, the registry should be private to the public.

Individual public inquiries only-- meaning if you know someone suspicious, you can do discrete name/address search-- for that name/address only.

I don't like the "pick a coordinate and we'll tell you who and where all the child molesters are located in a X mile radius" approach.

rape by instrumentation committed upon a person under fourteen (14) years of age


In all other cases, rape or rape by instrumentation is rape in the second degree.
