One of my buddies ordered a costume but it didn't come in in time. So he stuck a bunch of socks all over him and went as static cling

Go as a deviled egg. Go to party city, or some place like that and buy some cheap devil horns and color a yellow circle on a white shirt. I've seen multiple people do this in the past at the last minute.

A Bunch of Grapes is a quick easy costume. Purple balloons and black clothes, and people will pop them, but it's fun.
