It is weird that you would post this, because just the other day I was idling outside the Cameron Village Harris Teeter when I saw an Audi full of kids pull up. Two of the kids in the backseat were clearly drinking from beer bottles and the front passenger jumped out and ran into the store. About 3-4 minutes later, he came out carrying two cases of bud light. As soon as I saw this, I dialed 911 and reported them for an open container violation. When my wife and I finally left, we drove down Oberlin and saw them pulled over and the driver was doing a sobriety test!

Call the police when you see someone actually doing something that can cause someone harm. When you see someone weaving and obviously intoxicated at the wheel that is the time to call the cops. At worst what he saw was not drunk driving. How would all you feel if soliwhateverthefuck showed up at a tailgate and called the cops on everyone who got in their cars and drove away after tailgating. Probably a large percentage of the people driving away are drunk so he would be doing his part to stop drunk driving.
