A buddy of mine is the hiring manager for Aerotek. They recruit engineers and are "head hunters".

Applicants have to be very outgoing and determined, as this is a difficult job that requires you to pound the phones and be upbeat.

Their office is just off Edwards Mill, across the street from the RBC Center. It is mostly younger folks and although challenging, can be fun.
