When I was in commercial construction we had a group interview between the applicant and guys (at all levels) in the office. Assuming he was qualified for the job, this tid bit on info probably would have put him to the top of the list.

Also, probably wouldn't have hurt to wait an extra few minutes until after the military appreciation ceremony

Its just kind of the fact that EVERYONE knows what the punishment is and its a really annoying childish thing for someone to do in the middle of a game. I'd be way more down for people hanging out at the beach nude or something like that. The issue for me is that there is no benefit for the streaker and they only do it with the intention of breaking the 'rules'
