OH i love these books! I love the "wendigo" story and "where's my big toe?" among all the others......and I do believe there are three books total.... the art work is totally spooky

Yep. I was going through some old stuff this past summer at my parents' house and found these books. Flipped through them real fast and read a couple of stories. Not nearly as scary as I remember them being

There was a different series of scary story collections I read and I can't remember the name of it.

One had a vampire on a train, and a story about a dude with a cobra and a lock of hair.

Man I wish I could remember more of these. There was a face that sucked the air out of some campers too.

I remember one about these demon vampire things that came at night and kidnapped this farmer's children or something. The picture was creepy as fuck. It was looking out a window at night and there were like 4 or 5 pairs of eyes on a black plain staring back.

I remember this one story about a woman who wore a scarf around her neck all the time. She got married but never took her scarf off. Then one day, her husband took her scarf off and her head fell off.

scared the shit out of me when I was 7 years old

It makes me wonder if books like these are even allowed in elementary schools these days...

I'm a grown ass man and these pictures are still creepy as hell.
