My coworker, Brent, swears by it. I am more of a pushups and sit on couch type of lifestyle. Throw in 80 minutes of soccer on Sundays for cardio and call it a week. 11/9/2011 6:31:47 PM

Some people have called my workouts insane, but given my spreadsheets that track progress is strength over time, I'm doing just fine (well, that and a few records for my bodyweight). 11/9/2011 6:46:33 PM

So I have insanity here on my table and everyone that's done it has scared the shit outta me. Is it better to start on a weekend to get the soreness away or just say fuck it and try it out when I get back from ATL on monday? 11/9/2011 7:23:42 PM

You'd be better off comparing Insanity to P90X. Those two are more like apples, just red apple vs green apple. 11/9/2011 9:24:37 PM

I love Crossfit. I don't Paleo though...too much work. And I tried it for two weeks, made me fart and bloated all the time. 11/9/2011 10:21:15 PM

One thing I love about Insanity is that it's just you and your sweat. You don't need a gym or any equipment. Just a bottle of water and willpower.
I honestly never felt more strong and in shape. I am doing things that I haven't been able to in the past. Like traveling pushups and plank work. 11/10/2011 12:17:29 PM
