My coworker, Brent, swears by it. I am more of a pushups and sit on couch type of lifestyle. Throw in 80 minutes of soccer on Sundays for cardio and call it a week.

Some people have called my workouts insane, but given my spreadsheets that track progress is strength over time, I'm doing just fine (well, that and a few records for my bodyweight).

So I have insanity here on my table and everyone that's done it has scared the shit outta me. Is it better to start on a weekend to get the soreness away or just say fuck it and try it out when I get back from ATL on monday?

You can't really compare the two, imo.

You'd be better off comparing Insanity to P90X. Those two are more like apples, just red apple vs green apple.

I heard P90X 2 is coming out around Christmas. Appropriate.

But then again I've only been broken up with Tony Horton aside from the yoga for about two weeks now.

I love Crossfit. I don't Paleo though...too much work. And I tried it for two weeks, made me fart and bloated all the time.

One thing I love about Insanity is that it's just you and your sweat.
You don't need a gym or any equipment. Just a bottle of water and willpower.

I honestly never felt more strong and in shape. I am doing things that I haven't been able to in the past. Like traveling pushups and plank work.

Whichever one you'll actually do 3-5 times a week.
