^ WTF. His prices are ~$(0.5)Retail. Near new pricing? it's not a steal of a deal for used electronics, but it's not a bad start either. He states that they are in great condition. Sure pictures would be nice I guess to make sure they cosmetically look great, but shit if you don't know what they look like use google. Quit giving the new guy hell over nothing.

With that said, you can generally expect people to low ball you in the classifieds...

Hiro I can respect your compassion for your fellow n00b but the combination of pricing, lack of pictures, and the disrespectful response after I said "start the bidding" make me dislike this new guy.

If you come to classifieds with something to sell, show what it is that you are selling. Don't fucking link to the OEM website with their pricing and pictures. If you don't have time to take pictures of your product, then you don't have time to be an asshole when someone bids on your product blind.

^^The price you quote for the NS-555 is for ONE speaker, I stated 200 for the PAIR, so yes it is about half price of retail (avg retail, yes you might be able to find them lower than 192 each new)

The price you quote for the NS-333 is incredibly low but if you look at the pictures they don't even look like the same speaker (possibly an older model?). If you look anywhere else (a google search) they sell for 190 and up new. So my starter price was about 50%.

The price for the NS-C444 new I can't argue with. I didn't see that price, but normally it is about 140-200, so I thought 75 was fair. Sorry if you don't agree.

^Sorry if you don't like me. I thought 100 was either a joke or insulting when I was attempting to sell the speakers at approx. 50% of new value (not sure how that is "near new"). If you wanted pictures you can just ask, sorry that I didn't upload them IMMEDIATELY. I see other posts with no pictures and no complaints. You can view my photo gallery for pictures of the NS-333s and NS-C444, haven't had a chance to take pictures of the NS-555s. Oh, and I linked to the yamaha pages so that you could see info about the speakers...thought that would be helpful so sorry if you somehow took offense to that.

And yes, I am a lurker...so what. If you don't want to buy the speakers why are you posting in here?

Yes, I sold the floor speakers yesterday. The rest is still available and yes it is obo, I do currently have a possible offer on the bookshelf speakers but if you commit to buying them I will sell to you...
