yeah. There's an ABC store on the corner of Western and Avent Ferry. Go there and get you some vodka. Happy Holidays!

no grocery store will be closed for the weekend. they'll close early, probably around 3 on Thanksgiving, but will hold regular hours beginning Friday morning.

if you're new to the US, and especially NC, you can't buy liquor on Sundays, and can't by beer before noon on Sundays. otherwise you should have no problem getting your hooch.

It's a store only available on the east coast. It hasn't hit the west coast yet.

If you buy an alcohol cabnit; something made or from somewhere else, then I bet you could keep it in there and not be tempted to drink it. The cabnit has to be able to store alcohol/wine bottles.

I might know where you can get some alcohol on tomorrow.

But you might go blind if you drink it.

Welcome to the South

(though most States, at least on the east coast, do have 1-3 weird alcohol laws)

every state has some sort of weird alcohol law- be it where can they sell it, who can sell it, when can they sell it, taxes, etc...

Evan Williams was on sale the last time I went in maybe a week or two ago.
Hope it still is. I might grab a handle to split between myself, my brother, and my dad for Turkey Day.
