i wouldn't trust it- my old roommate, when he played football, said he parked where he shouldn't to be closer to the athletes gym on a holiday because he assumed it would be safe, and he got a ticket

i think if buses aren't running, then it is bullshit to ticket people, but that is just the logical thinker in me... we know any transportation organization has it in the core values to avoid logic at all cost

The official stance is on days like today is you have to have a parking pass of some kind and can park in other zones (like if you have a P sticker you can park in RE, RW, DC, ect.) The only zones they enforce are A, B, & C. Im not sure but the pay-lot under the Colosseum Deck might open the gates at 6pm, you might could get away with parking there if you are leaving campus after 6pm.
