I havent noticed the weight gain yet. It's only been a week though.

This shit is scarier than ACCUTANE!!!

Im on different drugs than aaron obviously.

A puffy face isn't a weird side effect. It's pretty common along with weight gain. When my son was on steriods, he was a round puffy little monkey.

Never had serious side effects from it and I've been on it probably 3 times within the past 8 months or so.

If you think it has scarier side effects than Accutane, you should probably re-read what the side effects of Accutane are.

The longer you're on it, the worse the side effects. Some people are on it for months at the time. Silas was.

Well, one doctor gave me tapering dose and the other one is continuous. Don't understand it. Its ok to not taper if you're on it for short term?

I was on it for 17 years so the "moon face" is very common and weight gain, my problem now is because I was on it so long and it mimics the addrenal glands my addrenal glands no longer work properly but don't think you have to worry about that unless your going to be on it for years and years

^^^^tapering is always a good idea. Studies have showed that high dose prednisone at few days still leads to adreno-suppression.

This shit is awesome. Day 10 tomorrow and I'm done thank god. The bloating is annoying. Some residual calf pain from the disc pressing against the nerve. But I am gonna be good to go in a few days!!

I realize I need to be training for LIFE not for some competition. I'm not Venus Williams. I am not Hope Solo. It is not my profession, It took a trip to the ER on morphine to realize it's not worth it. Second bulging disc in the same place, L5, S1.

I think I took it for two weeks. I was notably ragey for the first few days.

My face looked puffy, exacerbated by the balaclava I was wearing, and I swore I was gaining a ton of weight from it so I limited my consumption to the bare minimum even though I was snowboarding all of week two. I ended up losing something like 9 pounds. Being a catabolic steroid I'm assuming it wasn't all fat though.

Other than that I don't remember much. It was a few years back.

I'm on a Dexpak currently, which I'm pretty sure is the same thing.

Except it's like 6 times the price, a bunch more pills than my usual taper, and in a really fancy package.

Haven't killed anyone yet though.
