Go the route where you sell the gift card. Heck, the link in the craigslist ad is only $20 more than yours and yours is still second hand, even if unopened. I think most would spend the extra $20 on a $300 investment with the ability to take it back to a store, etc.

At the very least remove that link in your craigslist add, it shows you aren't really offering any kind of deal.

Just gonna go out on a limb and guess that most people that wanted an Xbox 360 this Christmas took advantage of all the BF deals. Walmart had the 4GB w/ kinect for $199.99 + $50 gift card...
