For those of you with siblings, I have some questions for you.
1) Do you have a price limit agreed upon ahead of time?
2) Do you tell each other what you want and then get that item?
3) Do you just go shopping and pick out something you think they will like?

For me it is: yes, yes, no

Shopping for my siblings has become very boring. Also, our price limit is $30 because my brother is cheap.
first. world. problems.

1) We shoot for $40.
2) We ask and get a range of items, and then go pick something out.

Since we're all married now, we draw names.

my siblings and i don't exchange presents. two out of the three of us have children, so we all agreed a couple of years ago that we should just buy for the children.

We just get each other something we think each other will like...sometimes I make it and sometimes I buy it...sometimes my brothers just have my mom buy something and they put their names on it.

Our limit is $100 for each other and normally we just ask for a gift card from our favorite store. My brother lives in the boonies so they don't have a lot of stores where he lives so he just orders a gift card online or picks one up when he comes home for Christmas.
