I am looking for a female sublet to take over my room in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Cary.

The lease runs from now until June. So if you're done with exams and ready to move, this is the perfect situation!

I am leaving behind my washer and dryer for the tenants to use and keep come June.

The room is the master suite, so you would have a private attached bath and private access to the back deck. There is a massive walk in closet, so storage is a breeze.

The rent is $846 a month, so about $425 a person. The rent includes water, and basic cable. Power and internet are up to the tenants. On average we paid about $510 a month.

It is a great neighborhood, very quiet, with great neighbors. We live literally 5m mins to Crossroads and about 2 to the Beltline. I wouldn't really consider it Cary, it is right off of Buck Jones Rd.
