Saw it last night and liked it. I think your level enjoyment depends upon if you go into it expecting something new and exciting with Sherlock and Co. Exploring uncharted areas, or if you are expecting it to pick up from where it left off and take the business as usual route for murder, mystery, and deductive reasoning. The sequel was the latter. It was like they extended the first movie twofold.
I enjoyed the first one, so I enjoyed this one as well 12/22/2011 9:48:02 AM |

it was definitely a busy movie...seemed they put the preference in action and slow-mo shots. I enjoyed it...i liked the first one better though. Just my opinion 12/22/2011 11:32:04 AM |

Great movie! Loved the first and enjoyed this one as well. Totally worth it.
I'm mad I arrived late though and missed the possibility of seeing The Dark Knight Rises trailer (yes, j've watched it online, but big screen is so much more fun) 12/22/2011 6:56:45 PM |

I enjoyed it, but I thought the story wasn't told as well as the first one. For someone who didn't watch the first one, I can see how the movie could be confusing. 12/31/2011 7:52:27 PM |

True, plot movement felt rushed and other parts seemed overly drawn out. Overall pretty good. 3.5/5 (1/5 and lower are unwatchable, 5/5 is academy award level good) 1/2/2012 1:37:15 AM |

This one didn't have nearly the amount of mystery as the first which disappointed me, however I still thoroughly enjoyed it. I was well entertained, but not blown away.
A few things in the plot confused me but I'll wait til more posts have been made before starting up spoiler discussions. 1/2/2012 7:31:31 PM |

Does anyone say "No shit, Sherlock" in this one?
If not I think I'll skip it. 1/5/2012 11:18:33 AM |
