I have to cook some things on gas and was looking to buy one of these and use indoors. They use these in whole foods for cooking classes but would they be safe to use inside of an apartment?

I know that propane and butane produce less carbon than methane which is what stoves use so it seems it would be fine to use this under the hood but they usually say for outdoor use?

RVs have propane stoves/ovens
crack a window and/or run the range hood and you'll be fine.

^^ I use one all the time. You can buy them for a shitload cheaper at any of the Asian markets in town. They use them for cooking hot pot. You can get the gas can refills there as well. 12/26/2011 10:51:59 AM |

is this a one time thing or going to be more permanent? if its a one time thing (and you like camping) might as well buy a camping stove 12/27/2011 3:08:11 PM |
