Is there any evidence that concealed carry by cops anywhere is more helpful than harmful? Incidents like this one seem way more common than ones where some cop with a concealed weapon uses it to save the day.

In Baltimore, the law not only allows, but requires that they carry their sidearm at all times in the city limits, on- or off-duty. That includes carrying in bars while drinking.
