For starters, the boat isn't pointing straight up in the air.

I would say no.

The reason being so many little details are there. Above the motors you have the fuel lines. You also have all the wires and brackets (electrical stuff?). That's a lot of little tiny details someone would have to create, shadow, blur, and blend to get right. Unless someone just cut a image of one back of a boat and swapped it for the original.

^ from the analysis shown in your link, there is distinct evidence of photoshop occuring in the lower right of the image. this proves conclusively that the image is faked
