The Devinney's did an awesome job helping us find a place and walk us through the whole buying process. They're an interesting couple (well Tim is anyways), but super nice people. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

BTW we bought our house in south Durham.

dang, just saw a decent house (well, looks decent) for $50k... it needs some work (carpet/painting) at a minimum... but that is enticing.
