The police should look into whether it could be Charles (forgotten last name), the landlord for a lot of the homes in that neighborhood. He had a propensity to let himself in. I once woke up in my gf's bed, w/ Charles standing in the room trying to do work on the house. I had to tell that asshole to GTFO on several occasions. That guy gave me the creeps.

^^The Target Peeper...I happened to be at that Target last week and the employees were standing around talking about it.

Apparently a woman was in the dressing room, saw a flash coming from under the door and chased the guy out of the dressing room yelling "HE JUST TOOK A PICTURE UP MY SKIRT". The dude ran out the door into the parking lot and was chased down by a number of other customers and Target employees.
