One might argue that if you didn't know how many words were in the sentence, you wouldn't know what the outcome would be.

One might argue that if you are ignorant to the outcome of a math problem before you solve it, the outcome and answer (relative to you) could be anything.

That doesn't change the fact that the outcome is the same every time, and it doesn't do what it's supposed to do which is randomly decide between two or more choices.
