What's a good vintage of salt? I got a hot date and need to impress the lady with some aged salt knowledge.

black lava salt has a different taste, cause its infused with some kind of charcoal...safe to eat of course but it tastes a little stronger...a lot of the other salts just taste the same though since most of them are 99% NaCl...lava salt is more like 95%

Yes. Originally I bought Tin ones, but they rust. So I switched to stainless steel, and custom see-through labels to go on the glass.
