I know it is a gif but it almost looks like he keeps doing it over again instead of a replay. I bet if you timed it right it would really look like it if not for the other people in the stairwell.

Also it is weird that the people on the lower level do not move at all.

The full video was on Break.com within the past week if I remember correctly. I remember the guy looking pretty drunk/fucked up. I think he was just going to lean over the railing, but he leaned forward with a little too much gusto.
