That bill was killed by a lobbyist group called the Private Equity Council and guess who was at the lead, Mitt Romney. Dirty Politics. The problem isn't the players its the game. Don't hate rich, hate the politicians that manipulate the rules in order to manipulate you. The tax laws must be the same for everyone. No taxes on income, cap gains, death, used goods (includes homes and cars) and investments. I am a huge proponent of the "Fair Tax". I hate the name but love the idea.
