uuugh. back in november, he posted a pic of their kid saying "finally reunited after being kept apart for four months due to a vindictive lie", along with 10-paragraphs of his side of the story. she got pissed and I guess brought that to the attention of the courts, which turns out was some sort of violation of a protective order she had against him. the judge ruled that he now has to post an apology letter to her on his facebook every day for a month in order to avoid 2 months of jailtime.
