see my theory is that the only way people are gonna talk about boxing again is basically a worked result. if pacman were to win then it doesnt really deserve much mention but a loss by controversy plus already talks of a rematch. thats money right there, money and headlines. There are no headlines when pacman wins another decision easily, and the talking heads talking about a pbf fight that will never happen anyway isnt going to save boxing.

this probably bought boxing a few more years in actuality
