any of y'all make it and got a good recipe to share? I made some with mild cheddar cheese (no sharp available at the time) and a little onion powder and paprika, not bad... but it could still use some zest i guess. 3/7/2012 12:52:14 PM

I've never made a pimento cheese that could stand up to Papa Sweeney's Pimento cheese at Piper's in the Park. Although I've tried. http://www.pipersinthepark.com/
(I eat the portabello separate from the sandwich though.)

It is the absolute best thing I've ever eaten. If you're ever near Rome, GA it's worth driving there to try it out. 3/7/2012 5:31:48 PM

Store brands usually put way too much mayo in because it's cheaper than cheese. 3/7/2012 5:45:10 PM
